Delivery information

UK delivery is £4.96 per order, including VAT. There is no free-delivery threshold. We do not currently offer international delivery or collection; in-store collection will be added when the venue opens.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within two working days. After dispatch, allow an estimated two to three working days for delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. Any different timing, including a clearly identified pre-order, will be stated before you buy.

We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.

How we send your order

We select the postal or courier service for your parcel and will provide tracking details where available. The delivery charge applies once per order. Please check your delivery address before paying and email us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible once a parcel is dispatched.

Missing or damaged parcels

Contact info@thespectrumspacecic.co.uk with your order number if your parcel is missing, damaged or contains the wrong item. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. You do not need to pursue the carrier yourself, and our responsibility to you is not limited by any compensation the carrier pays us. Goods remain our responsibility until received by you or a person you nominated to receive them, other than the carrier.
