Products and prices

Product descriptions identify what is included, the product language where relevant, and any purchase limits or pre-order dates. Trading-card packs have random contents; a particular card or rarity is not promised unless expressly stated. Product photographs are illustrative; the description identifies the item being sold.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable UK VAT. Standard UK delivery is £4.96 per order, including VAT, and is shown before payment. Optional extras require your agreement. We do not currently offer overseas shipping or collection.

Placing an order and payment

Choose your products, add them to your basket and review the items, quantities, total price and delivery address at checkout. You can correct details before placing the order. Clicking the final payment button places an order with an obligation to pay. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed through Stripe. The shop and these terms are provided in English.

We send an order email after checkout. Our acceptance takes place when payment is confirmed and we send confirmation that your order is being processed. If payment fails, the order is not accepted. If a stock or pricing error prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will contact you promptly to agree a solution or refund any amount paid for goods we cannot supply. We will not charge a revised price without your agreement.

Delivery and problems

We aim to dispatch in-stock goods within two working days, followed by an estimated two to three working days in transit, excluding bank holidays. Any different timeframe is stated before purchase. Read the Delivery information for full arrangements. Contact us about missing, damaged or incorrect goods; our responsibilities are not limited by a carrier’s compensation limit.

Cancellation, returns and your rights

For most online goods purchases, you can cancel without a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, then have 14 days to send them back. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to cancel, who pays return postage, refund timing, deductions for excessive handling, and your rights for faulty goods. It also includes an optional cancellation form. Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory consumer rights.

Accounts and personal information

You may use guest checkout where available or create an account to access your orders. Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use order and account information.

Questions and complaints

Email info@thespectrumspacecic.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within two working days. If you are unhappy with the response, ask for your complaint to be reviewed. If we cannot resolve a complaint, we will explain our position and provide information about an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution provider and whether we will use it, as required.

Changes and applicable law

Changes to these terms apply to future orders, not retrospectively to an order already accepted. English law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections available where you live. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your home courts. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
